MetallherZ's a heavy metal band from Cádiz (Spain) formed in 2005 by the guitars Ivan and Sara under the influence of the spanish heavy metal scene. Original members are Iván (guitar), Álvaro (bass), Lolo (drums), Sara (guitar) y Jesús (vocals). Months later Andres would join to the band on keyboards.

In 2006, MetallherZ records the first demo with Ivan on vocals because Jesus started his universitary studies, so he had to leave the band then. there is songs, like the homonym one "MetallherZ" which have a kind of sound between classic metal and the angriest punk rock, or the powerful track "Escuadrón olvidado". With this demo, the band started to play around Cádiz.

In 2007, Javier Zarzuela (ex-Requiem's vocalist) has joined to the band which begun to play on stages along the summer of that year. In that period MetallherZ was present in some important festivals as "Inferno Metal Fest" from Seville with a headline like Mausser, or "Seguimos en pie" from Barbate (Cádiz) with Saratoga as headline.

At the ending of the year the band records the second demo "¿¿Quién es el animal??" in "La factoria Dalton" studios from San Fernando (Cádiz). On this record, the band's sound becomes in a kind of melodic power metal with some urban rock influences where it includes some very emblematic songs for the band like "Un dia más", "Dolor" or "¿¿Quién es el animal??". After the demo's recording, Alvaro had to leave the band because of a lack of motivation to keep playing.

In 2008's spring, Alejandro "Nemesis" has joined to the band and along summer, MetallherZ is touring around Andalusia sharing stages with bands as Huma, Tribal, Saratoga, Legendaria, Atalaya, Taliesyn, Caronte, N-Fin, Euphorya etc.

Once the tour is over, in autumn, MetallherZ starts to record their first autoproduced album, "Destripahuesos", in "La factoria Dalton" studios where it tooks 3 months to be recorded. This album is full of power metal with dark shines and tracks like "Desde el infierno", the album's single "Mundo gris" and the acoustic ballad "Sentir".

At 2009's Lolo leaves the band because of the lack of motivation that he had so he was replaced months later by Isaias "Gild".
On 15th september, "Destripahuesos" was out, and soon the "Destripatour" around Andalusia will start.
Actually the band is working hard in the rehearsal room, preparing the tour and composing new songs for the future next album.
