Lady Mortis started its activities in November 2017, in honour of a dearly beloved departed posthumous soul.
Funeral mourning in the lyrics and melodies, become an intimate part of this band's elegiac compositions.
Lady Mortis was idealized and created by Lutus (Remords Posthume / Somnus Cadaversus / Ydris Mortem / Nosferdark / Vallansgardh, etc.), which composed and recorded all the tracks and instruments of the first album called “Darkened Emotions”, counting with the participation of Pestiferus Grous (Guitar) (Queiron / Remords Phosthume) in the track Funeral Day; War Commander (Guitar) (Iron Bastard / Barbarian Warriors in Search of Wisdom / Black Hóstia, etc ...) in the track Sculptures From Your Face and Igor Iansen (Somnus Cadaversus, Ydris Mortem, Barbarian Warriors in Search of Wisdom) for the drums recording sessions.
Nowadays, the line-up Lady Mortis is Lutus (Bass and Vocals), Pestiferus Grous (Guitars), Nephastus (Keyboards), Alcoholic Death (Drums) and Aversus (Guitars), for concerts and also to the new songs compositions.
