"Imperitia" was created on the basis of "Oath Of Inhumanity", formed by guitarist Ivan Babok (Marttyyri), guitarist Alexandr Sidortsov (BulletDriver) and bassist Andrey Filin (Andrew Vermin). Due to life curcumstances Aleksandr left the band. Not long after the band was renamed "Imperitia". Alexander's place as a guitarist was taken by Eduard Zhigalko,who take part in recording the demo track "Atomic Dream". But he soon was replaced by Viktor Braim (sWinner),with whom in spring 2009 was created the demo "Locomotive Creation" . In July 2009 the band was accompleshed by the vocalist - Lena Mekh (Shad) and drummer Alexandr Chernaus (Chaus). On the 30th of August the debut concert took place. In September 2009 the single "Smell Of War" was recorded.
