Band was created in Warsaw, at April 1999, when Kuba Olejnik (guitar) combined his strength with rythmic section Cyhyraeth Orcinus (Kuba "Loki" Liziniewicz - percussion and Rafaù Rogiñski - bass). Inspired by the heavy-thrash of 80"s they started to make they own music. Soon they needed to play concert, so the band had new members - Krzysiek Dziwosz (vocal, ex-Murgost) and Benek Krupa (Guitar, Thunderstorm), and behind the percussion sits Jarek Pisz ("Loki" two weeks before concert has broken his leg!) - that later played on bass in Murgost and Esum Crux. In this weird squad, HELLFIRE with Thunderstorm and Lesiu Wojciechowski Band plays his first Concert (Waù Miedzyszyñski - November 1999), and because of it, Krzysiek is joining to the squad. In squad made of 4 persons, HELLFIRE continous working, making music and seeking next guitarist. At the beginning of 2000 there was next squad-change - Rafaù is being replaced with Tomasz Wæglewski (ex-Usque Ad Mortem), that shows us the new definition of "punctuality". Soon shows new Guitarist - Andrzej Grabowski (ex-Murgost) and here we have first official squad of HELLFIRE (Dziwosz - Vocal; Olejnik and Grabowski - guitars; Wæglewski - Bass Guitar; Liziniewicz - percussion). After few concerts (often played in local pub "Pod Lipk¹") Loki says "Goodbye" to the HELLFIRE. We stared to seek someone who will replace him, and to that, on percussion plays our guest - Jarek Stañczyk (Thunderstorm). Because musicians still makes new songs, and they can"t find new percussion player, they saying, that is the right moment to make professional CD with their music. They chose DBX studio in Warsaw, and in September 2001 - after only few rehears - they starting to record. Jarek Stañczyk joins HELLFIRE as they was recording. To the half of October (with sometimes stops for few days) HELLFIRE has finished instruments for all nine songs, and they begin war with recording the vocal of Krzysiek. His vocal is good at concerts, but at studio he seems to be real crap!!! The bad times came to HELLFIRE - the band is standing in one place, playing concerts. In this time Artur joins to Gladius Noctics, Jarek to Gladius Noctics and April Etheareal, and Tomasz joins to Amok. At last, in august 2002 HELLFIRE definitly stops working with Krzysiek. Cause of Jacek Mielnicki (that had understood HELLFIRE and helped him in hard times), HELLFIRE meets vocalist of S"Breaker, Tomek Twardowski (ex-Midnight Sun), that soon joins HELLFIRE. In October he records new vocal, standing HELLFIRE up, which effect is first professional album: Recoffination, and good concert (WOÚP 2003) that promoted this album (In September 2002, Jarek leaves Gladius Noctis and Thunderstorm, giving more strength to April Ethereal and of course HELLFIRE!).
