ENGRAVED concept was born in 2001 from the will of 2 guitarists, Inopia (Lou) and Horgos (Bert) from WISDOM BY CARNAGE. During a rehersal they played for fun a good old rock n' roll song « Tackin' The Clock » they still play today.

2003 is the time of the real band formation : Ben (ex-VOLT - bass) nad Seb (Infinity - singer) joined in. But the band still reeded a drummer that corisponded to ENGRVED's spirit (sounds of 80's, cowboy wearing a perfecto, with a lot of beer and rock n' roll !). Then they met J-C Gigot at a WASP show. Then, the rock could go on.

Engraved's music is a mix of different influences : Heavy Metal, Punk, Speed, Rock n' Roll with a touch of Nashville Pussy combined with Motörhead. After performing many many times and their first demo recording, Ben left motivation so Helio (another long date friend) joined the ENGRAVED family for great pleasure and Rock n' Roll !
