Roots of czech metal band Demiurg are in 1998. Two friends and musicians of local bands Lumir (guitar) and Grzybo (drums) met in own project called Demiurg. They created some songs in deathmetal style and together with vocalist Gomez and bassist Oldman played some gigshows. Demiurg had not a time for jamming and it is reason the end of group. The second era ( and more interesting) of Demiurg started in 2004. Lumir (guitar and now vocal, of course), Grzybo and Jirka (guitar) begun new songs to create. In summer 2004 went to studio SGP to record a promo CD( 2 songs + intro). In autumn Oldman was replaced by Megosh on bass. This line-up is very powerful and band plays more gigs and prepares full- lenght album. In summer 2005 go to studio ARTWORK to record their 1st album Attack From The Other Side. CD is released by label Metal Burning Music in June 2006. Demiurg records their 1st movie on song Attack. This clip and interview with band are broadcasting on TV Ocko in Madhouse. Demiurg is a guest on radioshow Metalhey. In february 2007 go to studio to record a new promo stuff called Alone/The night hunt. Unfortunately, on May Grzybo suddenly left the band. Demiurg was looking for a new drummer and some concerts played with drums from CD. On August friend Lada Peska studied their playlist for a 14 days and he has begun to play with band
