The band Cytotoxin was formed in Chemnitz, Germany in 2010. From the very beginning Brutal Death Metal was the direction the band headed for, so the writing of the first release “Plutonium Heaven” took 6 months. The material was recorded and mixed from november 2010 to February 2011. The mastering was done by Megawimp STtudio in Berlin. During the recordings Lo, one of the founder members, had to quit the band since his job and also personal reasons took too much time.

“Plutonium Heaven” is a concept album dealing with the catastrophe of Chernobyl nuclear reactor and its consequences in 1986. All Bandmembers had live gigs with other bands and as Cytotoxin they are prepared to bring devastating war over the stages of this world.
