CONTRADICTION stand for hard, riffy and uncompromising Thrash Metal with catchy melodies. Thereby the skid reaches from speedy tracks to heavy mashers - hardness as essential. In the middle of the 90ies already, one of the qualitative most high-grade Thrash albums from Germany was released with "All We Hate!" and after a long search of identity the quartet tie up to this time with their third long player "THE Voice of Hatred" in 2005 and advance their style. Over many years Contradiction worked hard for their reputation as a first-class live act and testified it on all together more then 300 concerts and festivals for example with Vader, Entombed, Massacra, Farmer Boys, Testament or Iced Earth, HOLY MOSES, Reckless Tide - just to mention a few. To start their career they won nearly along the way the local Rock-Supporting-Award and the second place of the Ruhrrockfestival, the today's Emergenza-Contest. Later follow participations on MTV's Headbangers Ball-Roadshow, where the only music video of the band history was broadcasted at times, and more support shows on big concerts. After the decision to attack once more was made, CONTRADICTION played over 70 national and international shows, whereby they returned spectacular on the Metal landscape. CONTRADICTION show once more which potential can be detected in the German Underground.
