Practitioners of a Thrash / Death Metal unapologetically retro, the Buried Alive was formed in 1991 in Vila Nova de Gaia. The debut was past five years later with the promo-tape The First Burial. Two years later edit the second work, El Niño, which obtained excellent reviews worth their signing by Independent Records. Their debut CD, entitled Spoils of War and produced by Ricardo Dias (Heavenwood) would be published by the subsidiary Grade Records in 1999 and the second album was called Welcome to Reality and was released in 2001. After a few years of stopping, arises now ... the return with the album "Exploding Ashes" edited by Firecum Records, NBQ Records and distributed by Nonnobis Prod. in 2015.
