The Aggressive Groove Nu-Metal one-person project come from the Kostroma region. Creating the concept dates back to 2005. For benchmark styles such commands were taken as Slipknot and Chimaira. In 2012 the project changed name Sinkrot on Burden Of Hatred and after several re-editions is issued the debut album "Лихорадка". In 2014 orientation changes on English lyrics and produced experimental EP-album "Queen Of Lie." A new full-length record "Sickness" will appear in 2016. In November of 2018, the third longplay "Tomorrow's Body Bags" is released.

The project perform the most toughened groove-metal with elements of thrash and death metal, and work not only at the proper level of professionalism, but also with some "sparkle", which already stand out from host of such groups. Ornate instrumental passages lead the listener as if the winding maze, that could be the content of the cranium and filling her weave the thoughts and ideas of some morbid manic individual. This thing - one of the absolute peaks "Burden Of Hatred". Do not feel the pain of it, bitterness and despair is simply impossible. For more than ten years of creative searches and ideological investigations Burden Of Hatred achieved considerable success in creating a perfectly designed and programmed anger.
