Kyriacos Demetriou, or Kyri as he is better known, is an up and coming young professional audio recording/mixing/mastering engineer, producer and song writer who also offers services for live sound engineering. He is committed to his work and delivering the highest possible standard for his clients.
Passionate about music and involved from a young age, Kyri is an experienced drummer, having played for 15 years. His interest in music production developed when he began recording his own drum covers for YouTube and his high school band in his living room.
At college, he chose media orientated subjects including Music Production. This led him to study BSc Music Technology and Innovation at De Montfort University, where he graduated with a 1st Honours.
Since then, he has designed, built and runs his own recording studio, A-Tonal, in North-West London. He also freelances at various studios in London, including Arcadium Studios.
He also studied the art of mastering for several months under the eyes and skills of Milan Adamik (Slash/Fergie - Roadrunner Records, Azari & III - Loose Lips Records, EMI Music Publishing, Sony BMG) of Masterworks Audio Mastering.
His energetic and hard working attitude in conjunction with his transferable skills means every project receives absolute quality. Kyri's promising career has already seen him work with a number of independent artists and labels of a variety of genres, ranging from Folk, Bluegrass, Indie, Dance, Rock, Metal and Pop.
