Howard "Howie" Warden is a Canadian bassist who was a member of Private Eye, performing on their stand alone album "Private Eye". In 1982, he joined Private Eye bandmate Paul "Boomer" Stamp in the Wonderful Grand Band until the band folded in 1983. He also performed on the band's television show.
