Mac Blagick is a somewhat odd act i I must say. It´s hard to describe the musicians, and it´s perhaps even harder to describe the music.
We live in a time where people enjoy labeling themeselves, and even more - labeling their music. It´s more or less impossible to labelize what musical genre Mac Blagick is exploring.

I believe the unique sound has to do with the synergetic effects deriving from different people collaborating towards a new realm of music.
Viking, the bands drummer is known as a "kiss-adict" in the rock n roll scene of Uppsala. Marino Funketti - representing a new direction in the musical landscape. Marino Funketti is a renowned Big band singer having toured widely in eastern and central europe, and established a deep interest in the african american music. "Hoss", the guitarist. A big guy, by all means standing 6´4 and weighing 265 pounds takes no mess from anyone. He chofs off chords after chords, blending with long bluesy solos. "Hoss" musical background comes from studies of austrian fol and contemporary music. (Hoss is half austrian/ half Same). Clarious comes from a political background being in the forefront of green prog and environmentalist music....
