A rare demo of Iris, with Dan Bittman (from Holograf) at voicel.
It's a rare demo, with Dan Bittman at voice.
In 1984, after the launch of Iris 1, Cristi Minculescu left the band Iris and join the Totusi band, at Cenaclul Flacara with the son of Adrian Paunescu.
In the summer of 84, Adi Ilie, comes ones again in band. He brings Dan Bittman and the new line-up is: Dan Bittman - voice, Adrian Ilie - guitar, Nutu Olteanu - guitar, Mihai Popescu - bass and Nelu Dumitrescu - drums.
They recorded 3 or 4 tracks at the national radio (Radio Romania); "In Calea Norilor" (In the clouds way), "Daruri omului" (Gifts for man), "Sub semnul fulgului de nea" (Under the sing of the snowflake). Albina and Zorile are not recorded by Iris, they are Incognito's tracks (another band with Dan Bittman). At this submission it's a big mistake. Albina it's another version of Daruri omului; same instrumental, but different lyrics.
The Iris tracks are video and audio recorded, but I don't find "Sub semnul fulgului de nea" recording (audio or video). Any chance?
