Band's List Heavy Metal Warlord (USA-1) Anthology

Some myths are meant to live forever either in our hearts or in our disc places. By far this compilation that has been motivated by Steel Gallery Records is from the best that have ever existed. It is not only the love for heavy/epic/power, but more over it is the love for Warlord and you just choose whether you love them or you have no relationship with them.

"Anthology" carries an emotional carachter for all the fans of Warlord, because in here are all the songs from the band's history. Songs from the legendary EP "Deliver Us" to their latest full - length "Rising Out of the Ashes". Even songs from other compilations that have never been added to the two full - lengths, like "Mrs. Victoria" are able to be heard now. Honestly those songs like "Winter Tears", "Lucifer's Hammer", "Black Mass" or "Winds of Thor" have left their own sign in our minds.

Also in times that their albums are not able to be found, as no label released them again, this compilation is the right one. Even if there is someone who lost his trust on them as they left the world of music because of bad reasons, now that trust can be returned again. I could also say that this compilation is a nice warm up as Warlord have announced their return with a new album!

So in case you have nothing of them, but you would like to, do not think of it at all. Go and buy it and if you are lucky try to ask for the limited edition of it, as it contains a booklet with all the history of the band as Bill Tsamis narrated it. I am certain that I am not the only one who get happy when I am singing the lyrics of "Deliver Us" or when I sing again and again the chorus of "My Name Is Man". I know that there are some fans who dislike the participation of Joacim Cans in the family of Warlord among Bill and Mark Zonder, but please; here we are talking about something more than ususal and daily preferences.
