Tbh, I was scared. I thought he was really gonna call.... Until I stopped and thought about it. He sent me a page from sexlaws.org saying "Dating someone without sexual contact cannot be considered a form of statutory rape". So basically he countered his own argument.
Trust me, VF is like a playground for pedophiles and the like. There was even a pedophile from Georgia on VF. I've seen his mugshot and page posted on a cult I was in before.
I pretty much asked myself the same thing. Pshh, if anything, he was never a cop at all. He was just saying that to intimidate me.
And about the pics, I ignored them. Until he started all this bs. Then I went back and saved them. In case he really did call. Then I had something against him.

No, that was Chris I talked to on webcam. Well, let me rephrase that: I Saw him on webcam. My webcam doesn't work. My uncle told me it needed an attachment or whatever. Even though I Saw him, he didn't see me. Besides. Other than webcam, he had other videos of him, like him doing guitar covers.
Ehh, there's another little story about Chris.
One day in April he stopped texting me and stopped coming online.
A few weeks later, some chick had hacked his VF and Facebook and posted statuses saying she was his ex-fiance, how they were together for "over a fucking year", she was the mother of his child (his son was Born in February), he lied to all the chicks he hit on and flirted with by saying he was single (including me), and he was in jail for shaking her baby.
A bit Fucked Up, right?

That VF site is full of weirdos, actually what would you expect from a site full of dellusional people believing themselves to be vampires?! (they make extremelly funny tourists though)
 
... Maybe you should try other socializing networks. And be a bit more selective about people you talk to - I can see that you make good choices, but just take care of yourself when dealing with strangers, and in general, because it will spare you of a lot of unneeded drama.
 
Also, the things that appear on sites and on tv nowadays can tell you that there is quite a big price to pay for stupidity and ignorance.

Anyway, I agree--get off of VF if its a hangout for pedos! I mean, no Offense, but after hearing the nice guy of this situation could've caused his own son's death and pretended to be single for some teenage Action would make me get the fuck outta there if I was you.

I never talk to anyone in a way that would suggest a relationship online. Not if it's a guy, not if it's a girl, not if the person is younger, older, etc. I'm sure you weren't trying to get a boyfriend or whatever, but how was it that these two guys got the impression that you were into them or whatever?

I agree with the fellows bellow . Its a very risky way to look for companionship , from single chatting , to something more complicated . Especially in a site like that . Being in it marks you as a potential victim . And not only that , being in a site that its half purpose is the dating part (from what i hear at least ) you are practically saying you want to take part in it .
I would Avoid such sites even if i did want to socialise online . If i were you , i would pick themed sites that could include people with the same interests . Its much safer to be in a place where people are dedicated to a cause .

I agree with all of you.
I only joined VF because I was bored.
Then I started going back on it again and again.
I had no idea about the people there anyways.
Not to mention several kids (including one from Georgia) have gone missing and had ties to that site.
I since left VF after my mom blocked it on my laptop.
That site did have classified adds from people looking for relationships, but at the time I had no idea what those were, nor did I click on them.
I eventually grew bored and started posting on forums: like this one. It helps my dragons.
I would have done what IZ said, but who knows? The dude could have been really popular, and when he gets arrested and finds out who did it, I would have been whacked. You never know.
I don't webcam myself at all. I mean, I'll take pics of myself with the webcam, but that's it. I'm no attention-whore.
Trust me, I NEVER look for relationships online. I think people should just go have a real experience with a guy/girl. The thought of online dating sickens me. Especially if it's long distance. That makes it easier for them to cheat. A friend of mine dated a girl from Texas. She ended up supposedly "dying" from a Spider bite (she had a Black Widow as a pet, and it wasn't in the cage when she was found on her bed unresponsive). And my current bf dated a chick from Nevada... Until she suddenly stopped texting and he never heard from her. Pshh. I know too many people who "e-date"...
Tbh, I have no clue. I thought it was because I was nice or whatever. But guys do that to girls all the time, so I took it as no big deal.
