@ Panzerjager - heard about the tour with Enslaved. Too bad they don't play with them in Romania. Have fun at the concert, they are awesome live, plus they bring all sorts of strange instruments - you'll be amazed with what they can do with a wooden plank.
Also, good luck getting back to reality after the NB, they create an atmosphere that no other band can.

0/10 What is 'dick like Jesus' even even supposed to mean? It heals the Sick, walks on water, gets crucified? The witty comparisons just get lost in the whole composition of the song, it's just not funny.

Silly Demogore, Burzum hit its peak AFTER Aske! Hvis Lyset, Det Som and Filosofem are his best, even Varg himself thinks so from what I can recall from the articles I read on burzum.org. Y'all got it backwards.
Haven't seen much love for Blut Aus Nord around dem here parts, and that's a shame.

8/10 Thanks for posting that, E. A few people have told me to check out Blut Aus Nord, but I never got around to it. So this is my first time hearing them. I like the way the keyboards are used; single notes rather than underlying tones throughout the song. I think if the guitars were a little louder than the drums I'd like it more, but it's still pretty good.
I bought a rare vinyl EP from a French Black Metal band a little while ago, and this is one of the songs off it. Pretty good, in my opinion.

Yeah, I remember reading Varg saying he thought he didn't put much effort into Aske and it really showed (I agree with it; Aske is a Tad boring).
