I second that than we still have Behemoth,Hate, Vader, Dies Irae, Vesania, Artosis, UnSun, Black River, ...

I can highly recommend a band called Throneum, they claim their music is 'Ancient Nightmarish Death Terror Metal'. It might seem funny or something, but hey, they Kick ass !

I completely Forgot about Vesania, as Far as other symphonic polish bands go, Devilish Impressions is pretty awesome too. They have a bit of a Behemoth sound to em at times (although it seems as if alot of polish bands do).
Throneum rules, they kinda sound death n' roll-ish to me, at least there newer stuff does, but it's been a while since I last heard em
