Finished watching Se7en. Fucking awesome. The ending this time, although i new before what was going to happen a couple mins before it did happen, i actually really liked. On the whole a great film. I'd say 8-9/10

Such a coincidence you're watching that film because in my Film & Video class we're taking exams and our exam is to watch Se7en and answer questions about it. I shit you not.

Just finished Rear Window. It was a bit different to how i thought it'd be but nevertheless was pretty good. I'd say 7/10

I Just thought it'd be different. I mean it all seemed a little too straight forward. He spied on him, she went in to his room, he Saw her pointing to the ring, he came to his room, the cops came. It just was too straight forward. I can't explain what i wanted. . . if you understand that.

Anywho, i finished watching Big Stan the other day. Was a good family flick, Nothing fancy, just an alright comedy. Some of the scenes had me in laughing fits. The bit were the guards did a Cavity search on him was fucking funny. You'd understand if you Saw the movie obviously.

I finished Road to Perdition and damn that was good. The ending was very good, and i had a pretty good idea on what was going to happen throughout the film. Everything i love, murder/crime, a chase then a twist. Im glad the father (Tom Hanks) died in The End, even though that was bound to happen, otherwise it would have left a sour "taste" to the film.

Oh and i also finished Iron sky. Now that was overall pretty darn lame.

Watched Fires on the Plain last night, and it was a phenomenal war movie. Japanese film, made in 1959, black and white. It's about a Japanese Soldier sent from his camp and platoon for having tuberculosis. He's cast out of the hospital as well because they're being flooded with patients with more need than him. He's left to wander the plains blindly, coming across other cast-out soldiers. He's been ordered to Commit Suicide but instead does whatever he can to survive. It's an amazing psychological film of the strains of war and was so well-acted. Everyone watch it.

Seems alright, i might have a look but first ive got to watch Full metal jacket, and A clockwork orange.

Finished watching Unknown last night. Was alright, had a pretty good storyline. If you are in to crime thriller then i suggest you check it out. Not the best, but it gets you thinking.

Just watched Full Metal Jacket. It was very good up until that bloke (Lawrence, Leonard can t remember) committed suicide. Before that it was actually quite funny, but once that scene occured the rest of the film went slightly downhill i thought. It was also kind of hard to really identify what the moral actually was. All i could get was that women (children) were fighting in 'nam and that a range of indecencies occurred. I.e the bloke in the chopper gunning Down civilians.

You should really watch A Clockwork Orange when you have time. I think it's a very interesting piece of art. Also note the links to the Pavlov experiment, other dystopic works such as Brave New World and 1984 and bear in mind this film was released several decades ago and the violence in that movie was unseen. it actually caused a media storm.

Yeah old boy, ive seen A Clockwork Orange and i liked it a lot. I picked up the novel, well it isnt really a novel more of a short story, at school and it is written in nadsat argot. Which i believe you would already know. I particularly like the ending in the movie. Did you know that the original, british ending was one where Alex actually decides to be good. The publishers for the America version decided that This Ending wouldn't stick well with American readers so they changed the ending where Alex goes back to his sociopathic ways, just like the film.

I've now got Dr Stranglove to watch and momento to download
