i have some idea...
i know site is for metal and so after but...  let me say my opinion,if you guys don't like it,just say it and don't start bitching about how this idea is far from site contest...
so,lemme start:first-i've seen most of metalheads even didn't know how to upload photo, there's section about it but... it's just one topic...  i think metal is good but metal with some knowledge of computer world is better... it will be cool if site becomes more informative about technology...  about working in photoshop,3d,audio editing programs, digital design and so aft...
second-also there's lack of electronic music, there's some bands who are worst than shit but they have metal riffs in their songs and they deserved (don't know how but...) to be in bands list....  besides thereare great bands as Pain of progress,Grendel and they're as Hardcore as metal bands but because they don't have metal elements, they aren't in the list....  i thing they deserve their own topic on forum as well as place in the list....

and third-hello!!! it's fucking 2010!!!  so i think design should be more futuristic, attractive and technologically advanced...  it's Sad to see one of my favorite forums,in these greedy colors...  we need more bloody Red with light contrast transparent backgrounds...
that's all for now...

How about genre's for specific albums? I.E. Early Mudvayne was Nu-Metal or Mathcore, but recently, they turned into Alternative Metal. Neurosis was Hardcore, than turned into a Sludge Metal band. Just a suggestion.

This, I agree with. It'd open people to a lot of new bands, and it's always a Pain when you're advising someone to listen to a band you love, but then have to specify what album to get due to the difference of styles.

What About a way that we can recommend other bands for other members of spirit of metal because I am on the search for the most heaviest or Extreme bands. Also I would like to recommend bands for other members.

Perhaps two different genres for Goregrind and Pornogrind.

first thing that striked me on this page is the music genres.
being a faithful listener of Doom Metal myself (and knowing the genre very well), it's really surprising not to see a genre like "traditional doom metal" or "heavy doom metal" on this website.

instead of these genres that does make sense, this website has "melodic doom" that doesn't make sense.

traditional Doom Metal and heavy Doom Metal, are seperatable subgenres of doom. while melodic doom is not a seperatable subgenre of doom.

Ithink people should be able to watch each other, like a subscription on youtube. People who watch someone will automatically be updated with new reviews and blogs posted by the person that they've watched.

I think Kosovo, should also be added in the countries.
And also, what about if you can leave comments on other profiles, like in Last.fm?

I believe that adding post-metal would be good.

Neurosis, The Ocean, Russian Circles, Cloud Zone, Isis, Callisto, Cult Of Luna, the list goes on.
