That usually happens because members do have a life . And if they come back to check their messages its a week or so afterwards . They dont feel any obligation other than submitting and NoNe is asking them to . The teams though feel responsibility , because its a job that is appointed to them . So they have to deal with the submissions when they see them . |
| You have to understand that the team members are just like any other
member on SoM . They arent paid , they arent getting any privilages , or secret hidden cult team meetings . They arent even getting congratulated for their efford -ever . They only get flaming . |
