Unfortunately thats true, the number of people who create accounts then never come back is quite a lot.

  I think that the name of this band or project is a really  damn good reason to delete it and there is no need of any further explanation. Having issues with Xasthur and creating project under such kind of name is childish at least. It's pretty obvious that this site couldn't be less Censored or something but there are some certain rules that have to be followed.

For issues with validators' desicions , either check the Submission rules again (its a pretty specific tutorial ) , or contact the validator himself/herself .
