And the second-wave bands are posers? WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK. Mayhem, Burzum, Gorgoroth, Immortal, Emperor, they essentially created Black Metal from the foundation that had been built by Hellhammer/Celtic Frost, Bathory, Venom and Mercyful Fate. And their non-musical actions are something they stand by 100% and completely believe in, which is the complete OPPOSITE of a poser.

The Internet is not here for you to abuse people without concequences. Also your insults are personal (at times) and you don't know me so you can't comment on me personally. You are just too harsh man... to harsh.

And because I don't know you, that's why you shouldn't take Offense when I (not completely on purpose) comment on you personally. I honestly had no idea people were so sensitive, especially to some asshole online. Christ.

Do you feel cool by saying things that people shouldn't take seriously and calling yourself an asshole? You seemincapable to write something proper on this site without strong language, insults, flaming or raging. You may do that on Encyclopedia Dramatica or other shit forums but NOT here! The internet may be anonymous and impersonal but you are still talking to a real person. You just piss on Miniradman because his mucal taste differs from yours and because Mini doesn't have as much knowledge (yet) of BM as you do.

I mean , if you do this to protect the forums , then you should realise it only Encumber us more . This fighting is purely personal , and the topic is about music .
As for "strong language, insults, flaming or raging" is something mods are here to prevent , according to the forums rules . But we are metalheads , we all Ignite more or less . Just be careful not to overdo it , or not to be insulting towards your fellow members .

Now , shall we go back to the topic ?
To InfinityZero : Now that was something i didnt know . I bet Dead werent licking the nose of the Pig though , yewww
At least if they threw meat , we could make a free barbeque

I had all this popcorn all ready and then Archon came in and settled everyone down.
 
Why'd you hafta go and be so nice?
 
And to follow up what Archon said, Dead may have done those things, who knows. He did pick up roadkill and put it in a ziploc bag and inhale the reek of Putrefaction just before live shows, so who knows what other Sick shit he did?
Only thing is that now Mayhem have a fairly large fanbase, and they can't do things that would get them in trouble onstage...

Alright, i know, back on topic. This thread needs more Burzum because Burzum is better than you. So, fellow Warriors of metal, what's your favorite Burzum album? Personally, I'd have to say Filosofem's my pick, as it takes the Ethereal, ambient approach of Hvis Lyset TAR Oss and makes it a little more fuzzy and a little more rockin'. Jesus' Tod and Dunkelheit are some of the best pieces of Black Metal ever created. After Filosofem, in order of best to worst, it goes Hvis Lyset TAR Oss, Dem Som Engang VAR, Burzum/Aske, Belus, and then the two shitty ambient albums.

Oh, and if you haven't heard Burzum yet (oh the horror!) go do so immediately and if you don't like him I'm not sure how you value your existence.

How the Hell do you know that ?
I never heard this story ! Seems that a guy from the 90ties had already found the best advertising trick for nowdays .
As for Mayhem , its not illegal is it ? I mean , it might have a Negative effect to some of their crowd , and more really bad publicity , but would they violate laws with it ?
Its pretty Sad to see a band with such a general acceptance to ACT like hobos on the stage .
