Gospel Of The Horns, Bleeding Fist, Diaboli, Arkona (Poland), Darkened Nocturn Slaughtercult, Hate Forest, and MasseMord are some of my favorites that i've picked up recently

You are so lucky man, having a temple of BM at a local store. I have to run through several shops frequently to find BM cd's or order them via sites.

Yeah dude, I'm still kinda in shock over it, I've bought about 50 albums from that place, there's been like 6 people that've gone in there and pretty much cleared it out by now. I found a Killer german Black Metal cd from a band called Camulos yesterday, it's an amazing cd. If you're into the underground Black Metal stuff it's definantly worth looking for

Atleast you have Black Metal. I have never met anyone yet who listens to Black Metal In Australia. It is so Unpopular. I'm trying to get my Thrash  loving freinds into it.0

Really? I thought Australia had a pretty large underground BM scene, Destroyer 666, Gospel Of The Horns, Striborg, and alotta other Blackened bands all Hail from Down under

I have never even heard of those bands before.

No one that I know has ever heard of Immortal, Taake, Xasthur, Marduk, Mayhem or Burzum. They are all into Mainstream Metal and Metalcore and Deathcore. Also Post-Hardcore is huge in Australia. I have never met anyone at my school who listens to black metal. The closest they listen to is new Cradle Of Filth. But I am from the Northen part Of Australia (Queensland) I'm not sure how it is Down south.

Why would you expect anyone to know or like these bands?
They're early black metal. In otherwords, they all wanted to be underground and keep to themselves. So naturally, not many people have heard of them.

If they didn't want to be heard why would they ship their music around the world. I see all of those artists in my local music shop.

I think that people don't really know a lot about Black Metal because Black Metal is a required taste in Australia. People think it sounds like shit, that is what I thought when I first heard BM. But I am slowly getting into it. But there are alot of impatient people that take the first impression of BM and keep it.
