Après Six ans de Silence discographique, Necrophagia revient avec un nouvel album. Ce cinquième album officiel s'intitule "Deathtrip 69".
L'album sorita le 16 mai chez le label Season of Mist, il a été enregistré au Last House on the Left Studios dans l'Ohio et produit par Killjoy et le guitariste Boris Randall.
