While touring through the US Ocala-based Post-hardcore-outfit We Are Defiance had a accident. Vocalist Brian Calzini was brought into hospital where he was in Surgery for a time.

In a interview with THE INTERLUDE he said that Trust In Few will be released on the normal release date on March 15th, 2011. And he stated that Danny Worsnop (Asking Alexandria) and Telle Smith (The Word Alive) will have a guest appearance on some tracks.
