ValSans, founded 2002, is a traditional Heavy Metal band from Austria. They have opened shows for both national and international acts like U.D.O., Sabaton, Grave Digger, Iron Savior, Bullet, Enforcer, Skyclad and Nocturnal Rites.

ValSans perform traditional Heavy Metal from fast riffs to epic vocal and guitar parts combined with powerful drums and catchy melodies. Due to their diversified songs and energetic live performances ValSans become an up-and-coming Power Metal Band.

In 2004 ValSans release their first demo EP "Dawn of Metal". Due to the big demand, three pressing are sold out. Moreover, ValSans perform many shows, both national and abroad, and become well-known for their fantastic and intensive live performance.Their songs "Born to see the Light" and "Dawn of Metal" have become very popular and are now an inherent part of their live shows.

Besides, their live activities, ValSans work on their first full length album released as a limited promotional version in 2010. In addition to the ten songs, the video for the song “Eyes of a Viper” goes on air. The response to the album is overwhelming and ValSans signs worldwide record deal with Pure Steel Records. In April 2011 the new album is released with a name that says it all – SWORD.
