Hailing from the city of Parma, Ohio, Swallowed By Apathy was formed with the goal of creating a unique style of Progressive Metal.

Founded in 2010 by guitarist/vocalist Brandon Mitchell and bassist Kevin Czarnecki, the band draws influence from all across the metal spectrum.

Since their inception they have worked diligently to develop a sound that differs from the norm in today's metal scene. With an EP already under their belts, Swallowed By Apathy have recently finished recording their first full length album "Dysgenesis".

"Dysgenesis" was mixed/mastered by former Mutiny Within vocalist, Chris Clancy. With songs chocked full of heavy riffing, soaring cleans, explosive lead work, and massive choruses. Swallowed By Apathy plan to take progressive metal to a different level that doesn't fail to turn heads without being over indulgent.
