Sial which means ‘The Damned’ in English was formed somewhere in the bleak end of 2013, consisted of Nyawa (vocals) and Misteri (all instruments). In their initial stages, the duo has played Minimal Noise Black Metal which sounds a bit raw and filthy yet with depressive elements. Sial during that period managed to release the debut “Mati” promo and its subsequent, “Mati II” demo. It was not just a beginning...

Sial was later strengthened by Jiwa in the midst of 2014 and they have evolved as trio through few releases; “Nyawa” EP and a track contributed to The Death Of Analog Psycho Part 2 compilation. Due to time limitation and commitment to other projects, Misteri had to slow down his involvement but Sial constantly growing up as a Depressive / Ambient Black Metal band with the remaining members; Nyawa (vocals) and Jiwa (instruments).

The newest outputs such as “Pengukir Nada Dari Makam” (split) and “Kebahagiaan Selepas Mati” (split) remarks the renewed direction of Sial as Dark Ambient / Depressive Black Metal band and more will come from this ascending act. The journey seemingly has no ends. Hail Metal Depressions !!!
