SANDSTONE is a four piece Melodic/Power Metal band from Derry Northern Ireland featuring: Sean McBay - vocals and guitar, Stevie McLaughlin - guitar David McLaughlin - bass, Dan Lafford - drums
The band formed in 2003 when Sean and Stevie began writing and recording in Stevie's home studio. This led to the release of their debut EP "Life giving Sun" which was quickly followed by a 12 track CD "Tides Of Opinion". At the end of 2005 Sandstone signed to Copro/Casket Records. The band are currently working on their second full length CD and are honing their live performance through a marathon workload of gigs throughout the UK.
