Jerolyn is a 5 piece Melodic Metalcore band from Gadsden, Alabama. Formed in late 2007, Jerolyn has played hundreds of different shows in countless cities across the Southeast. Drawing influence from bands such as After The Burial, All Shall Perish, Whitechape and Dir En Grey, Jerolyn has formed a sound that combines complex intricate leads, with tight syncopated rhythms. And harsh powerful vocals, over soaring, melodic vocals, that is sure to break the mold from your typical concept of metal.

Toward the end of 2011, Jerolyn underwent a massive lineup change, leaving guitarist Devin Williams and Andrew Davis to determine the fate of the band. But, as 2012 started, Jerolyn solidified their lineup and begin the process of writing and recording a full length follow up to their 2010 album Tieria Erde. This new album titled Ruin, will be Jerolyn's most in depth and emotionally charged release to date. Ruin will explore and attempt to answer the question; "As technology advances, and the line between man and machine becomes ever so blurred, where does the line get drawn, between what we are and what machines will become ? And how will they deal with the RUIN man calls death ?"
