Hell Mary is the embodiment of extreme emotional release, being conjured by the insanity felt in violent reaction to the sickeningly dark side of humanity. With bands such as Celtic Frost, AC/DC, Babes In Toyland and Carpathian Forest being listed as major musical inspirations, it is difficult to categorise the forever mutating nature of the beast.

The resulting flood of mixed emotions manifesting in the music of Hell Mary has been documented on the 2005 Rehearsal Demo: Erotic Asphyxia (limited to 22 copies) and the 2004 self titled demo CD (limited to 100 copies). The self titled demo is to be re-released under the title BELANGLO BURIAL by the Portuguese label Sword Productions in December 2006. The release will have new artwork and be available from the label's website.

The founding member and song writer for Hell Mary, K.Saarikko is due to return to Australia at the end of 2006 and plans for new recordings are underway.

The demos contain powerful songs such as Highway Funeral, Dumpster Eulogy and Teufelswerk as well as covers of Rose Tattoo and Carpathian Forest songs for a dynamic contrast of death and creation from a cultivated perspective.

Hell Mary have played live in Australia numerous times over the past 5 years and intend to do so again once a full line up has been acquired.
