Founded by Belgian guitarist KRIMSON LE DIABLE, FURNAZE breathe new fire into old school thrash metal without straying too far from its original roots, yet musically reinventing the meaning of power and accuracy of live performances on any stage. Powerful drums, fast and furious guitars combined with solid rhythms and catchy riffs make FURNAZE a welcome break from run of the mill Metal outfits. After a few line-up changes FURNAZE were joined by ANDIE CAYNE on bass and concentrated on writing and recording new material culminating in the release of NO STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN (WorldSound US).
Touring Europe with the likes of TARJA TURUNEN (ex Nightwish) and death metal pioneers OBITUARY, FURNAZE continue to play to enthusiastic crowds at festivals and headliner shows, building a strong and loyal following along the way. Last summer, FURNAZE shared the festival stage with bands like DEICIDE, EXODUS, WATAIN, IMPALED and AMORPHIS. In August 2010 FURNAZE were joined by MATT “The Beast” NOVAK on drums, who has proven to be a powerful driving force musically and the perfect choice to, at last, complete the line up on a permanent basis.
