ENTER CHAOS was founded in January 2002 as a band with members of other well know polish bands such as Azarath, Devilyn, Dar Semai, Behemoth, Trauma, Demise and ex-Immemorial female singer Marta and Raiden of the ambient/trance band Aural Planet. They wanted to create something with a different approach than their main bands - they wanted to make death metal, but more melodic and psychedelic. The first line-up was: Marta on vocals, Bony (Devilyn) on guitar, Havoc (Behemoth) on guitar, D. (Azarath, ex-Cenotaph) on guitar, Verymetal (Dar Semai) on guitar, Mister (Trauma) on guitar, Novy (Devilyn, Behemoth, Dies Irae) on bass, L.Rambo (Demise, Damnation, ex-Moon) on drums and Raiden did the programming. The rules of the band are simple: each guitarist has to create two or three death metal tunes in their own personal style...

In February 2002, EC signed a deal with the biggest polish label Metal Mind Productions. In April 2002, the line-up changed due to various reasons (tours and recording sessions of the main bands). New musicians joined the line-up: Ozz (Demise) on guitar and Blasphemo (Luna Ad Noctum) on guitar. At that time, Enter Chaos became a regular band. In February 2002, Enter Chaos signed a deal with the biggest polish label Metal Mind Productions. In April 2002, the line-up changed due to various reasons (tours and recording sessions of the main bands). New musicians joined the line-up: Ozz (Demise) on guitar and Blasphemo (Luna Ad Noctum) on guitar. At that time, Enter Chaos became a regular band.

In May 2002, Enter Chaos recorded the debut album "DREAMWORKER" in 10 days at the best polish studio Hertz by Slawek & Wojtek Wieslawscy (Decapitated, Dies Irae, Trauma). The album is a collection of 9 death metal songs with Swedish and American influences, some of them with psychedelic elements, and the At The Gates cover "Cold". The cover art was created by GRAAL (Behemoth, Theory In Practice, Mutant, Grief Of Emerald).

The album was released in late August of 2002 in Poland (Metal Mind) and in November in Russia (under licence of CD-Maximum). Enter Chaos got fantastic reviews in polish magazines and webzine like for example Metal Hammer (4,5/5), Trash'em All (10/12), Multum In Parvo (9/10), MetalHeart (9/10), Masterful Megazine (9/10), Nocturnal Battle Of Chariots (9/10), 7 Gates Mega-Sin (5/7). Also the band got very good reviews from abroad media: in swedish Urkraft Webzine (9/10), dutch Aardschok (78/100), norwegian Scream Magazine (4/6), spanish Necromance Mag (9/10), american Digitalmetal.com, romanian Hot Metal And More (4/5), dutch Rockezine (7,5/10), austrian Earshot (4/7), french Metallion, german Metal Observer, german Ancient Spirit (7/10), canadian Metallian and german Legacy. Vocalist Marta did approximately 50 interviews for polish and abroad magazines and radio station. The band received great feedback from polish and abroad fans too.

In September 2002 the band was asked to be a part of Tribute to At The Gates with track "Cold". This tribute will be a compilation CD and will include about 12 bands from different countries (Sweden, Finland, Holland, Germany etc.). It will be release in next year by Drowned Scream Records (Spain).

After "Dreamworker" session drummer L.Rambo , bassman B.Low and guitarist Ozz went to the USA with their second band DEMISE. The band played many gigs in the USA and finished their tour at the Extreme Benefest For James Murphy, where Demise was playing with Immolation, Cryptopsy, Lividity and Devourment. Then Demise recorded the third album "Torture Garden" with JAMES MURPHY as a producer. They are back in late November.

Meanwhile, guitarist Blasphemo quit the band and was replaced by ex-Prophecy and current NYIA, Third Degree guitarist Szymon. The new member is also a producer at the Polish Studio Selani. Now the band working on second album and search a new label. Besides this Enter Chaos planned a tour for March with a regular 5 pieces line-up.
