In 2006 Dorian Gray formed from a few buddies wanting to just jam and have fun. After playing and touring, they became more serious. Since then the band has had the opportunity to play many great shows including SCENE Music Festival 2007 and 2008. In June 2007 their first "Self Titled" EP was released. They toured the CD in the The USA August 2007 playing various states like MAINE, NEW YORK, CONNECTICUT, NEW JERSEY to name a few. In December 2007 the band went on a Christmas Holiday Tour (I Wont Be Home for Xmas Tour) through all Ontario with friend bands Foxfight and The Fitzpatrick Incident.

In June 2008 their second EP "The Precurse" was released availible online and in all sunrise stores in Canada. July 2008 came around and a full USA tour was booked, from California, through Texas all the way to New Jersey. But because of vehicle issues (a common problem for a lot of unsigned bands) the tour had to be canceled. Luckily the band was able to throw together an August Ontario tour of two weeks, by jumping on shows with bigger acts like Johnny Truant and Straight Reads The Line.

All the publishing, writing, booking of shows and tours and management has all been done by the band on its own. A full length album has always been a goal for the band to reach but like a lot of bands, money isn't always there. So hopefully the band will be able to release a brand new, improved, full length that can hit all Canadian and USA stores!

DG has shared the stage with bands many awesome bands, to name a few: August Burns Red, Dr. Acula, Emmure, Misery Signals, Johnny Truant, The End, Shai Hulud, The Human Abstract, xLiferuinerx, My Hero is Me, A Girl A Gun A Ghost, Lions, Dead and Divine, Straight Reads the Line, A Textbook Tragedy, Sons Of Azrael, Recon, These Silhouettes, Emarosa, The Breathing Process + many more.
