It was one of the first groups in Minas Gerais achieve national prominence. His debut came in 1994 with a beautiful album called "Jesus, Intense Weeping", but from there were many problems and few records, which summarized some simple demos.
Ruddy Souza (vocals and bass), Roberto Antunes (guitar) and Marco Tulio (drums), all old acquaintances from the time when it was still called Calvary Death Iron Tomb. In 1991 they changed their name to Calvary Death.
In 1989 released a demo the following year with another old name of the group Iron Tomb. In 1994 released the album "Jesus, Intense Weeping" which had great repercução. Only in 2001 that the band released their second album (House Of Bethsaida).
The last album, Serpent, brought back the old school style death metal, playing with insane fury soundtrack to the apocalypse. The band has a personal brand and unmistakable, which was brilliantly exploited by the production of André Hair (Mill Studio), and the graphic art of Fernando Lima.
