Black Metal Box

Well let’s see... I think the first time I ever really wanted to pick up a guitar and play it was in 84 -85 when I heard the song "Jump In The Fire" by Metallica. I was simply blown away by the new sound and heavy grooves that were going on. My brother actually bought me a guitar at a pawnshop for my B-Day. It was a Memphis flying V. I still have that guitar today and don't think I will ever get rid of it.

Played in a few local bands in Santa Rosa CA where I was born and raised. Closed Coffin, Subliminal, Electric Punishment and Grudge to name a few. Nothing that ever went anywhere, just some live shows and such. Just kept playing guitar whenever I had the chance. Met a lot of cool people during those times.

Moved to Arizona in 2001 and decided to take a break from guitar and just study what was happening with the music industry. Trying to keep up to date and grasp what was popular and working on rock radio stations. The break I mentioned was a long 6 years and was way to long to for me to sit idle, had to play again and right away. So I started contacting people via internet (what a wonderful tool) and just kept meeting people and jamming until I found the right chemistry.

Now "Black Metal Box" is a completed system that I feel is going to be a very strong asset to the music world, (just my personal opinion) and completes my passion for music. Can't wait to see how our album does once it's released. Might just be my dream come true.

Thanks for taking time to read this and I will always "Keep It Heavy!"
