Sonata Arctica sortira son nouvel album "The Days Of Grays" le 18 septembre en Europe et le 22 septembre en Amérique du Nord sous le label Nuclear Blast.
Le premier single issu de cet album sera le morceau "Flag In The Ground" et le groupe a lancé un concours pour la réalisation de sa pochette. Le morceau raconte la lutte d'un jeune couple pour obtenir la liberté et une portion de terrain en Amérique du Nord au début des années 1800.
Le gagnant du concours verra son dessin figurer sur la pochette du single et sur différents matériaux promotionnels. Il se verra remettre des billets pour l'un des prochains concerts de Sonata Arctica et il aura la possibilité de rencontrer le groupe.
Les participants qui arriveront en seconde et troisième position gagneront des objets dédicacés par les membres du groupe.

C'est attrayant. Une idée de génie, j'ignore si cela a déjà été fait mais j'aime le concept...
Malheureusement je ne m'y connais que peu en art (comparé à d'autres je veux dire, et ce malgré le fait que je sors de 4 ans d'études en formation générale-artistique (Belgique)) ainsi qu'en informatique (images dimension 20x20, couleurs RGB, ... J' suis une taupe dans tout ca...)
De toute manière je suis un type de l'ombre qui parle musique, qui en écoute et en recherche avec zèle, mais les rencontrer ne semble pas être mon truc...
