The release of DARKWELL's new album "Moloch" is less than a month away!

The Austrian gothic rock/metal outfit teamed up with Felix Gorbach and Hanno Mayer of BlueBox Media, and shot a video for the new song "Yoshiwara".

Bassist Roland Wurzner comments: "Dystopias as shown in Orwell's '1984' or Fritz Lang's 'Metropolis' have become more and more important these days, which also inspired our lyrics. The bigotry, as named and shamed in 'Metropolis', has found its way into today's society, but in a different way. The song 'Yoshiwara' is pretty much about this issue."

The video is also a homage to the Viennese director Fritz Lang.
 


DARKWELL's new album "Moloch" will be released on September 23rd via Massacre Records.
