Activities initiated in September 2008 in the city of Teresópolis (Rio de Janeiro - Brazil), the band Silêncio do Caos formed by João Valentim (Vocals), Dino Gomes (Guitar), William Passos (Guitar), Diego Camilo (Bass) and Gabriel Souza (Drums), follows releasing its first EP "THROWN INTO THE SILENCE". The band firms its sound in a Death Metal / Metalcore with some influence from thrash metal, has a modern sound, characteristic and strong, and in his compositions: guitars dosed with melody and speed, creative solos, incorporating bass, battery unleashing blast beats and breakdowns and aggressive vocals ranging from guttural to scream vocals. The recurring themes of the lyrics are: reality, fiction, death, life and hate. In their shows the band Silêncio do Caos always receives great praise because of its brutality and strong presence onstage. With few years of existence the band has shared stages with names expressive of the scene metal / hardcore from Brazil, and seeks always with great dedication and effort constant evolution in his compositions, performances and character.
