Campaing for Lemmy and Slash to be immortalised as statues

According to BBC News, Staffordshire University graduate Nile Plumb is campaigning to immortalise rock legends Lemmy and Slash permanently in their native city.

He wants statues of the two famous rock musicians to be erected in Stoke-on-Trent.

Lemmy from Motorhead was Born in Burslem and Slash, who used to be lead guitarist with Guns N' Roses, grew up in the city.

So far the Facebook campaign has drawn support from more than 400 people!
