A non-partisan noisecore project. The name "Partisan Hemorrhage" refers to the loss of members from a political party or the lack of political support. The idea is to critique political figures with short productions of 15 tracks organized in formats such as mini-albums/EPs.

The sound has a Lo-Fi aesthetic inspired by 80s demo tapes. It explores its musical language with playful, unintelligible, and unspoken vocals; bass and guitar with saturations without polishing of high frequencies or use of noise gates; in addition to an aggressive and undefined drum sound, as expected in the style.
