1999
- Brutal death metal band DEEPRED is formed by Ile (guitars/bass), Antti (guitars/vocals) and Teemu (drums).

- First 3-song demo "Yours in Murder" is recorded and first domestic shows played.

- Second demo "All Will See Rebirth" recorded few months later with new members; bassist Henkka and vocalist Dani.

2000
- DEEPRED signs to Blunt Force Records from USA for the debut full lenght CD early 2000.

- The CD "Prophetic Luster" is recorded in summer at Cursed Studios and released by Blunt Force some months later.

2001
- "Prophetic Luster" CD gets an European release as well on Forensick Music.

- After the first foreign live show at St Petersburg in Russia, Dani leaves the band.

- DEEPRED goes on the first European Tour with session vocalist Tommi (Morbid Savouring).

- After the disastrous tour through Czech, Slovakia and Germany the tension within the band gets too big and Antti and Ile kick out the rest of the band and start finding new members.

- Santeri from local band Dauntless fill in for the drums for a while but soon Ile and Antti are back jamming together with Teemu.

2002
- Some old material with the old line-up gets released as DYING FETUS/DEEPRED Split 7"EP (on Relapse Records) and DEEPRED/SLUGATHOR Split 7"EP (on Snuff Records).

- New vocalist Rodrigo joins in and the band goes on the most active live period this far, first time as a 4- piece with Antti switching to bass. Another European Tour, appearing at festivals in Sweden, Czech and Switzerland and playing also a Finnish Tour with Rotten Sound and Inferia.

- A new 3-song promo in recorded for the purpose of finding a new deal for a new album.

2003
- The 2002 promo (with live bonuses )gets released as a Split CD with French band LOATHING on Several Bleeds Records.

- Still playing shows actively, including a succesfull one month tour in Latin America through Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.

2004
- DEEPRED gets ripped off by a bullshit loser "label" Undecent Records from France who decide that the band doesn't deserve to see EVEN 1 FUCKING copy of the 12"LP version of the LOATHING split which they released. FUCK THESE BASTARDS!

- Teemu is kicked out once again and gets replaced immediately by Tuomo (Torture Killer, Demigod etc etc) who also brings along his comrade in Torture Killer, Tuomas, on a second guitar.

- After only one live show with the new 5-piece line-up and only a short time before the already booked 3rd European Tour the internal problems take over once again and Ile and Antti decide to declare the band DEAD for good.

- After the split up, all the members go on their own ways, Antti continuing with SLUGATHOR and forming CADAVERIC INCUBATOR together with Ile, Rodrigo doing his own band KATAPLEXIA and Tuomas and Tuomo being active with TORTURE KILLER and their other bands.


2005
- Only about half a year after DEEPRED's demise, Ile and Antti find themselves once again jamming with Tuomas and Tuomo and the reborn band starts preparing new material and searching for a new suitable vocalist for the band. TO BE CONTINUED...
