Alma Purpura was born in Lisbon (Portugal) on September 19th of 1999 and started out as a personal project, based on noise soundscapes and experimental music. The sound itself, has been shaped into more obscurantist ambiences, creating a mist of suspense and hypnotic fear. The first demo-tape was released in the actual year of Alma Purpura's formation and it's intitled "Spiritus Provocator". It's right here where the journey begins by the borders of the unknown.
