1. FROM THE MISTS

(Instrumental)

2. DREAMS OF ODIN

Eight hoof falls sound across Midgard,
Heralding his passing,
The hanged one, all father of the Asagods
Eternal all seeing one eyed wanderer,
On Sleipnir into battle he rides.

Odin, Allfather,
Most Ancient of the gods,
Odin, Allfather,
Ruler of the nine worlds

Pierced to Yggdrasil and yet still unbowed
Lord of men and the victorious dead
The Einherjar in Valhalla watch as
On Sleipnir into battle he rides,

Odin, Allfather,
Most Ancient of the gods,
Odin, Allfather,
Ruler of the nine worlds

3. CALL OF THE RAVEN

A blackened dawn lights the sky above me,
The winter winds blow cold across the sea,
Carrying the words of the mighty one eyed god,
His vengeance shall be wrought this day,

I hear the wrath of the ravens’ call
Echoing in my soul
Binding me to him forever
Until victory or bloody defeat
All shall fall before us,
Until we are
Proven worthy
In the eyes of Odin

No enemy shall stand before our axes,
Our blades ever hungering
We walk the path of the All father
In light of day and through darkest night,

I hear the wrath of the ravens’ call
Echoing in my soul
Binding me to him forever
Until victory or bloody defeat
All shall fall before us,
Until we are
Proven worthy
In the eyes of Odin

4. ENDLESS MEAD

From the mist covered mountains
To the vast forest of the east,
Men seek the answers to life
But many forget the simple truth,
Come my friends, time for another drink,

From coast to coast,
May the mead flow true,
And the dawn never come,
Until we are done,

Once again the candlelight flickers,
Come on, while the night is still young
Time to quench our mighty thirst,
With our brothers fallen or no,
Come my friends, time for another drink,

From coast to coast,
May the mead flow true,
And the dawn never come,
Until we are done,

5. BREATH OF THE TROLL

Stains of blood upon their teeth
Crushing bones beneath their feet
Human flesh on which they feast,
Rabid mouths foaming with decay

Rise, from the mountains come
Hide not from the light
Come forth from the darkness
Feast upon manflesh

Through the fog and mists they roam
Onwards to devour their prey
Marauding creatures spread pain
Nought but ruins lie in their wake
Villages turned to dust
Cities lain to waste
All behind them barren
Scorched lifeless wasteland

As the trolls march forward
Consuming all in their path
Now is the age of the troll,
Guardians of the deepest abyss

As I see them approach the castle walls
Fear touches my mind, my doom is decided,
But still I face them, with courage and bloody steel
The last thing I will ever feel
The rancid breath of the troll

Now is the age of the Troll

6. THE BLOOD OF STORMS

Passing through the sands of time
Cascading down life’s hourglass
Treading the footprints in your mind,
Legacy of the ancient ones,
But in our dreams they are defined,
They are within our blood,
For the line runs deep and true
To brave new worlds beyond the sun

These are the times, swords shining in the sky
Our pagan hearts shall carry us along
Stars in the night, victorious in sight,
As we sing of warriors’ songs,
We shall be strong, forever carry on,
Across the moors we trail through the night,
So raise up your horns and all sing
Along as we drink for glory and might

Through endless nights of misery,
Our force shall not be reckoned with,
Riding on horses strong and proud,
The sound of battle shakes the ground
With the thunder in our hearts
And the stormclouds high above,
A sacred vow in battle forged
Hammered into our hearts

These are the times, swords shining in the sky
Our pagan hearts shall carry us along
Stars in the night, victorious in sight,
As we sing of warriors’ songs,
We shall be strong, forever carry on,
Across the moors we trail through the night,
So raise up your horns
And all sing along as we drink for glory and might
