3. HAILSTORM

Clouds are fast covering the sky
The wind is starting to howl
Tall waves are growing around, like
Shadows they swallow the light

Asger, now pull down your sail
The wind will turn it to rags
Gather all your strength to steer
Or your boat shall be lost

4. AFTER THE STORM

The winds are gone, the water flattens
Sun appears behind the clouds
The last drops fall,and the arch in the sky
Paints the air in thousand colours

The boat, now still, is watching Asger
Sleeping rolled in the wet and torn sail
It drifts unsteered onto the ocean
Borne towards its final destination

After the storm, the peace and quiet
Are only broken by the waves against the hull and
The last drops falling down onto Asger asleep

The sun is high, now forget the night

5. THE SORCERER

Up went the waves though there was no wind
Lifting up the ship of Asger, asleep
Out of the water came a man, all black
Long cloak, tall hat, he shouted out aloud:

“Beware, stranger, you lost your way
Turn around whilst there’s still time
Ahead there’s void, there’s nothing that you seek
Steer around or fall into the abyss”

“Leave, old man
I will not listen (to) your words
I know ahead there is the other land”

“Don’t, believe what they tell
Their eyes are blind their mouths, like viper’s
If you go on, your fate you’ll meet
Your ship will sink, your life... lost!”

“Slave of your lies, your words can’t reach me
Nor your poison hurt me, your evil is wasted
Great magic protects my ship, shifts the winds in my sails
Shields my life from the evil you try to unleash"

Dark clouds covered the moon and the stars
Thousand bats flew round and round
Tongues of fire shot out of the water
But the winds kept pushing Asger to the other land

Taller and taller the old man kept growing
His feet high above the waves
His eyes gleaming with anger and rage
His arms stretched out, his face distorted

“How dare you insult me
How dare you defy me?
Never did I hear such insolence
In thousand years of traveling these lands

The magic that you trust, you cannot see
The friends that sent you here want your death
I’ll give you one last chance to survive
turn your ship and I’ll spare you my wrath”

“Leave, old man
I will not listen (to) your words
I know ahead there is the other land”

“How can you blindly follow a path you can’t see
A god you can’t hear, can’t feel
