As I am lowered to the depths of the earth
To become worm-eaten and reduced to bones
As I pass beyond the point of no return
To become blessed and enter the eternity

Deep in the bowels of the netherword
I become one with my true being
In the purgatory where no life dwells
I become as nothingness

Enter the Eternity - behold the angels fall
Diminshed into the essence of the dark
Cremated to suit the fancy of morals
Truths I know yet I am without emotion
Or knowledge of the good or the evil
That haunts the minds of the mortals

Nothing exists here where I dwell
If dwelling indeed it is what I do
Here in the dreamless void of death
Where I entered the Eternity




2.Of Dead Voices

In my sleep I hear them cry
I know they will never leave
No matter how much I try
The voices from beyond call me

The depths of the grave hold them not
Nor do coffins or headstones restrain
They're within me and one with me
The dead voices that call me

I saw them once in my dreams
I beheld their rotted faces
They haunt my every waking hour
In my sleep they speak to me
I know they will never go away
Them they want me to follow
To the deep places in darkness
Where they lie motionless

Their gnawing is with me every day
Screams and vails from below
I feel their world ashen and grey
And the coldness within me grow




3.Where the Corpse-Lights Still Waver

In the dead of the darkest midnight
Beyond the great vast forests
In the still of the eclipsed moon
Forsaken by the long span of centuries
Apparitions dance in the marshes
Long-forgotten ones so ancient
Blue lights in the swirling fog
A great fear beyond memory

Where the corpse-lights still waver
Out of reach and almost out of sight
Where the shadows are long and dark
In the woods so forbidding and uncharted

It is here they all died so long ago
Trapped between this world and another
Enticing mortals into the deep mires
They are forever damned to remain

Come h****! Can you hear them call your name?

The very worm that gnaws
And the darkness devours...
Beneath the black waters
You will never find peace




4.In Caligo

Depravity thou art the Black Angel of Demise
Who leadeth my dark soul into Peace
Soothing thy freezing hand of Deceit
And thy slithering Tongue full of lies

In Caligo...
Beneath the septentrionic stars
In Caligo...
Walk the winterpath into oblivion

The daimons that uphold me
Carry me across the zodiac
Now my destined path I see
Gaping wide far below...

In Caligo...
Embrace the evil
In Caligo...
The voice that speaks is now mine

Lunacy thou art my Black Saviour of Death
So long tormented, now I am at last Free
Masterful thy scheme towards Release
Thy beautiful countenance that radiates

The world is withering and the end is near
Visions strike my eyes with pain
In Caligo I have risen above all fear
I am evil but am I insane?




5.Our Eternal Years

The black of the dawn of darkness
gleams in the distant horizon
Above the faraway woods beyond the world
A storm of damnation is at hand
From the depths of infinite darkness
A freezing mist is rising
Now everything has turned so cold
And the snow will cover the land

I remember...
Our eternal years
When we rode across the last bridge
And heard the sounding of the horn
I remember...
It was so very long ago

This is what the times have come down to
The twilight of our eternal years
There will not be another dawn
There will only be infinite tears
A light that glimmers in the distance
Awaits those of us who still dream
It is so very faint and growing cold
Too weak for anyone to behold
