The dream it ends, or was it real ?
My mind cannot recall
I saw the world engulfed in sea
The power forces fall
I begin to fall into a deep sleep
Or is it another plane ?

I saw the world,a lump of clay just hanging there in space
And in the core the rock contorts to form an ugly face
Tears condense and fall upon the earth - life begins again

Foliage spreads across the earth
The sunlight gives us warmth to ease the birth
Creatures crawling, swimming, flying
Fighting
Two powres arise and one descends
Two powers fight until the end
The race is on, the battles begun


2. THE OMEN

I ruled a world possessed with hate
It's destruction was a product of your fate
This world is done, I'll build anew
Though my father is king,
his reign is through

The Omen

The seed is sown to create
My tainted son
Eyes wide open, mission has begun
Watching father, thunder cracks the sky

3. A CRYSTAL VISION

The two powers will fight for control
Will the Omen tempt the soul ?

Man may perish again for he will

Watch us gather 'round the fire
Sharing ritual soul to soul
Cone of Power teasing desire
Pagan minds, black as coal

As the battle subsides neither power has won
Like a star falls a second son
Made in the likeness of the other,

The wizard knows the ways
Black and white, highest grade

Perpetual night, dark must join with light

6. PROPHECY

The tears that wash and cleanse
The madness, the madness
Hot blood in the heart of a frenzy

As the sweet maiden leads us through
The skies, the fields and the water so blue
As we strive to meet the Father of Beyond

The altar,the altar on which we pray for life
Yet we falter, we falter
May the black witch bury the knife

As we find our last kiss on the serpent's lips
Will we never find the truth that lies
Deep within our hearts from birth ?

But now we see in the lives that be
The power of the prophet
Majestic beauty shining brightly
On the foundation of evil ruin


7. WORDS UPON THE STONE

Have you ever felt a calling
Drawing you somewhere ?
A place you feel you've been before -
A connection to what's there ?

It was in the local cemetary
I searched for the stone
And what I found filled me with awe -
The words upon that stone !

8. THE FERRYMAN'S LAIR

Death is his life - he kills the innocent for his own need
The end of his knife is stained with the blood of a forgotten creed

Many men before in their foolish youth have tried to mislead the Ferryman
To pass the cold waters with reason uncouth, they tried to play him a merryman

From a forgotten land he rules the waters to eternity
His bony hand is ridden with the blood of his daring prey
He works for a god & a devil as well

He peers out from his hood
Laughing aloud as you step in his lair
His black ugly hood stares into souls as he asks for his fare
But take care foolish passenger

Across the fields we see the fight
On battlefields fought through the night
We killed by force, we struck them dead
The men were gored,we moved ahead

So many fell to meet their doom
So many more will be there soon
We met our fate and felt the pain
A thunderstorm of crimson rain

Horses galloping through the trees
Bloody soldiers on their knees

Sceraming out our battle cry
