Some time ago while walking my path

When I first found this path

And back when I was young

5. ANCIENT MEMORIES (FROM AN ETHEREAL REALM)

As the winds turned from whisper to roar
Then did I find what I was searching for
They came in the night speaking to me
Revealing my ancient memories
From an ethereal realm

A realm where the darkness and the light collide
A world where the day and the night coincide
Revealing the secrets of forgotten lore
This is exactly what I was searching for

Years I spent gazing into the night
In this realm between darkness and light
Between the darkness and the light

Much I did learn and there's much to learn still
This I embrace with an undying will
The voices said to stop and listen
And then they did share their fair ancient wisdom

This ethereal realm it felt so pure
An aura of peace where no evil did stir
The beings were strange but they spoke so sure
Of the old times and those who came first

They came from the stars seeking knowledge and might
A world they did find where the future was bright
Centuries did pass and just as they warned
All of their knowledge became forlorn

We must go back and return to the past
In order to ensure that our world shall last
They still remain in the astral plane
Some go there to speak but they return insane
To find out the answers to how did it start
Seek them out only with the purest heart

They weep in their realm for their wisdom did tell
Of ancient memories from an ethereal realm


6. OLD SUMMER

Oh the summer sun
Come to take me back to the older days
Where I found my way
Amongst the leaves so alive and green
Dark shadows dancing on the forest floor

How can the season of the sun feel so dark and mysterious
Memories are flooding back to me
Of a time I dwelled in misery
The sound of the calling forest trees
Listening to birds feeling the breeze

I spent a lot of time out here
