1. RUINOUS

Despair attaches like a leech
It holds on deep within the gut
A cancer spreading without fail
The cold air, nurturing this horror

When superiority turned into ignorance
Isolation from the unthinkable
Voices chanting the same lies
None saw the end approach

You can not run from this
You can not hide from annihilation
What are you to a god?

Ripping and tearing
Like an orchestra of horror
The disciples are close
A nightmare on their own
You cannot run from this


2. THE CYLINDRICAL SEA

Tearing through the void
Within this shattered barrier
My form collapses to a hollow husk
Seven eyes aligned within

A substance viscous and cold
Rushing to fill this empty space
Forcing life
Into what could have been lungs

Light born from the depths
Its wake is deafening
The god amongst kings
Never leaves his realm

One to take their eyes
And one to open every gate
A third to utter a forgotten voice
The fourth to give his life
Which the fifth may take
As the sixth will hear its choir
Rising from the seventh throat
